「エスカスにあるこのホテルは、中心地から少し離れていますが、近隣にはレストラン等(美味しい日本料理店あり)もあり食事には困りませんでした。家族５人で利用をしましたが、部屋には２階部屋もあり、広く清潔で快適でした。プール横には温水のジャクジーもあり、１２月でも気持ちよく利用できました。」

「概ね満足ですが、空港の送迎シャトルは予約制だといわれ、使えませんでした。 今まで他のホテルでそのようなことがなかったので、そうであればウェブページに記載するなりするべきだと思います。」

「フロントでタクシーを頼むとHotelのバンがやって来ます。 それに乗ったら最後、高額のチップを請求され、雰囲気がぶち壊れ。 そのドライバー個人のマナーなのかわかりまけんが、 嫌な思いをしました。」

「There just are not enough stars available to accurately rate how wonderful this property is. Very good location in Santa Ana, close to stores, restaurants etc, about 20 minutes to airport. Pool was lovely, sunset views from the fire pit are amazing. Laundry is on premises and the staff was friendly and able to answer my questions in English and understand my broken Spanish.
