「The breakfast is so good, take advantage of it. Bottle Water is expensive all over the area so I understand not getting constant free water. Take the water pitcher from your room down to the restaurant or bar and they will fill it for you with filtered water.」

「Excellent staff, very helpful and nice, hotel is overpriced, paid almost $100 for 4 drinks, no big deal but be careful, after 10 pm the whole thing is closed so they can't help you with anything that you would want, not a drink not anything. you would have to go to the nearest store. The room i was at was next to their kitchen or office or something and you could hear everything, their talking, their steps, very annoying, overall if you use the hotel just to sleep like i did its not bad at all....

「Rating this a 5 based on other hotels in the downtown area of Puerto Viejo do not compare to the location, amenities, free made to order breakfast, laundry service for a fee, bar, very clean and very helpful staff. The beds were comfortable and room spotless. We would stay here again.」

「The grounds are expansive and absolutely beautiful. We saw monkeys, giant green macaws and toucans on the property. The location - between Playa Cocles and Playa Chiquita - is perfect. Both restaurants on the property were great - we especially loved the cocktails and ceviche at Spice House. We stayed in a two-story family villa. There was plenty of room for 3 teenaged boys and 2 adults. The bedrooms were air-conditioned and the downstairs was cool and comfortable with just the windows and...
