「Highly recommend Good customer care from the airport to the hotel Staff is Highly trained 」

「This must have been a great hotel when it was new, decades ago. The staff are great. The rooms are tired, but clean. The overall atmosphere is good, and the pool area is nice. The breakfast was very mediocre (stale pastries, coagulated milk for coffee), but lunch was fine. The outdoor area in the restaurant was dirty and there were a lot of flies pestering clients. It’s a good location close to the airport. 」

「Two star hotel with poor staff - don't speak English and don't understand your wishes. In the hotel there are nothing to do. Manager tried to ease the situation, but failed. WiFi quality very bad.」

「Not much 4-5 stars hotel in Bujumbura, so this is the best option in the centre of town. Airport is located around 15 minutes drive from here and hotel was quiet and cozy because there is big gofl course just next to the hotel. Hotel is becoming old and I found aging degradation in some parts but still ok. WIFI is not strong enough at room and lobby. 」
