「便利なロケーションです部屋も広く3人で快適に過ごせましたただ、レートチェックイン(といっても6時半)のため部屋番号、鍵の置き場所は全て当日の四時頃の連絡となり、電話が自信がなくメールで受け取ることにしていたのですが、freeWifi頼りの私たちはヒースロー空港ブリストル駅など異動先でスポットを見つけて確認しなければならずちょっと不安でしたまた建物の入り口を暗い中探すのに時間がかかり何度も人に聞く必要がありました土地勘がない方は詳しい地図などちょっと準備することを勧めますあとボイラーのトラブルがあり、時々お湯が止まりました。電話しましたが滞在中は改善せず何度かボタンをリセットして凌ぎました」

「I would stay there again. However it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the appliances. Had to figure out using chatgbt how to use dishwasher and washer/dryer. Could have had more kitchen garbage bags. There was just the one there and no others.」

「Central location to shops and pubs. We walked everywhere thats how close our apartment was. We will definitely be returning to Bristol and the apartment. If the one we stopped in isn't available we will see if we can stop.in another. The only thing I was disappointed about was due not to having an iron and ironing board, which we had to borrow from another apartment cos the previos guest taking it, how desperate were they especially when it was a travel iron and a tiny ironing board. 😂😂. ...

So many great dining options nearby. Cool to hear students practising in the Uni Music School Building opposite the apartment. 」

「Fantastic stay, Marianna was a great host that kept in contact during our stay. Very central with underground paid parking on request. 「A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....

「I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself.」

"Lovely Restaurant, Disappointing Housekeeping & Reception Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The restaurant staff were very kind and polite, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere during meals. However, the reception experience and housekeeping were disappointing. When we checked in, the receptionist was initially friendly, but when I asked her some questions, her attitude became a bit intimidating and unhelpful, which made me uncomfortable. We stayed 4 nights. On one of the days, our room was not cleaned until 17:30, and we had to wait 30 minutes in the hallway. On another day, the towels were not replaced and no vacuuming was done. We informed the staff, but the manager didn’t seem to take the issue seriously. The manager didn’t seem to take the issue seriously. I expected more consistent service and better hospitality, especially from the front desk. The hotel itself is very cute and well-presented, and it could have become one of my favorite hotels — but unfortunately, it didn’t."
