「Great place to stay, off the road a little ways, but it was perfect for our trips to the Ark!」

「We loved all the antiques, the convenience of dry falls for food and five minutes from the Ark. We just wished that it had a central AC instead of a window unit. I appreciate the host, they were very nice people and if you message them they will answer you back very quickly. Overall we had a nice stay. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us.」

「Very clean house, it was the perfect place to relax and spend our week in Tennessee! The views are amazing, the hot tub was wonderful, and the host, Carla, was so responsive.Homemade cookies upon check in were an unexpected surprise! Added bonus was all the kitchen supplies/utensils that were in the kitchen. It made making dinners so much easier! Will stay again if ever in the area. 」

「Overall the property was very good, clean and comfortable. The rear step entry needs more lighting at night, the sensor light by the door was not working. To be safer for older visitors, grab bars for toilet and shower would be very good. Good instructions for operating the TV would be helpful. All that could be accessed was Roku, which not provide any local channels. 5 controllers, but only one worked. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again if the opportunity arises. It was a good...
