"Room very unclean, drapes/curtains broken light was shining through the whole time because there wasn’t a way to close the curtains, toilet had plumbing issues, the shower didn’t work well. graffiti on the walls, elevators broken down. For staying at a casino I feel like it’s unacceptable. I’ve stayed at motels nicer than this. This room or those rooms we stayed in are not ready for guests. I will say the check in staff was nice but that’s about the only good thing. Would never stay here again without a better room and accommodations. I’m not one to complain much either and didn’t during my stay but when I thought about it I was like this needs to be somewhat known, because it wasn’t a good room, it was also stuffy with no air conditioning just a weak fan. "
