"Incredibly delightful stay at the Voco. Clean rooms, comfortable and spacious beds, air-conditioned rooms, solid wifi and television, and such a convenient location for the hotel. The hotel also has a small parking lot on site, which was really helpful. We asked for a recommendation for a tour of the Isletas. The staff called their connection and we were on our way in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend this place for locals or foreigners."

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our experience memorable. A special thank-you goes to Daniela Ruiz and Carlos, who truly went above and beyond in assisting us with planning day trips and excursions. Their recommendations, attention to detail, and willingness to help made exploring the area stress-free and enjoyable. Their exceptional customer service added a personal touch that made our trip even more special. The hotel’s location was another major highlight. It is conveniently within walking distance of shops, local markets, restaurants, and many of Granada’s attractions, making it easy to experience the culture and charm of the city without needing transportation for every outing. The property itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere after a full day of exploring. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and I would absolutely return to Hotel Plaza Colon on my next visit to Nicaragua. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service."

"This Hotel is a wonderful experience. It totally lived up to the reviews. The cabins are amazing. They are on Stiltz and overlive the lake steps from the sand. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the service incredible. Everyone of the staff was wonderful and so helpful and friendly I highly recommend this place. Be worn from the Ferry. It is about a 45 minute ride by Taxi. And it is not near any other restaurants. It’s pretty remote. And you’ll want to have a scooter or rental card to get around off the hotel site. I will definitely return there many times in the future. It was so beautiful and relaxing. Thank you to everybody there."

"We had an amazing experience at Hotel Boutique Adela. The hotel was beautiful, clean, relaxing, and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. Everyone made us feel welcome, but Lupita truly made our stay extra special. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Her hospitality was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Boutique Adela to anyone looking for a wonderful experience."

"It was an amazing experience. The staff was amazing! They celebrated my birthday and provided the best costumer service. Don’t hesitate and please book with them, they truly know how to make your stay feel comfortable. Everyone was an absolute pleasure. The front desk, the bar tender, the cleaning crew, the manager, the night security staff. I can’t say anything bad about the service. It was a unique experience. I wish I could give them a 10000000000000000."
