"La struttura in generale è carina e comoda, l’appartamento nuovo, mare raggiungibile a piedi e piscina discreta. La cattiva gestione dell’appartamento purtroppo ha influito in maniera negativa sulla mia vacanza nel residence. Il personale che gestiscono l’immobile in cui ho soggiornato, vivono lontani dalla struttura stessa, non sono stati in grado di dare un pronto sostegno quando c’è ne stato bisogno. Al momento del check-in abbiamo dovuto aspettare per quasi 1 ora sotto il sole cocente fuori...

"Hello, we are a family of 4 from South America. We stayed at the Piccolina Vacation Home and it was excellent. Very nice place with nice kitchen and bathroom. Nearby there is a little Piazza to get a coffee, pizza and to do laundry. Also, very friendly neighbors and a supermarket nearby. There is a bus stop just a couple minutes away that takes you straight to downtown to see the Sassi. Great place!"

"The villa more than lived up to the photos and descriptions. Stunning hilltop location that offered privacy, 360–degree views, and easy access to Matera and a couple of small charming towns, as well as day trips to the higher-profile tourist towns like Polignano, Alberobello, etc…. The accommodations were pristine, spacious and well laid out. The groundskeeper (Marcello) is there every morning at 7:00 to clean the pool and any other maintenance needs. In particolare ringrazio il Signor Felice che con la sua pazienza e disponibilità ha reso il nostro soggiorno fantastico Lo consiglio sia per la vicinanza a Matera, sia per rilassarsi in spiaggia o esplorare zone vicine! "Nice hotel to stay in the Center of the old town, clean, spacious room in a cave, friendly staff, great cave pool, nice breakfast but no parking or driving into the old town though, have to park outside of old town in an allocated carpark (€25/day) and need to pay €15 /way for transfer service into the hotel, overall still very good experience staying inside the magical old Matera"
