「Great little house clean」

「Very comfortable and clean. Slept great. Host has thought of so many items that made our stay convenient. Plenty of parking and two bathrooms is a plus. Host was available for our questions. Would stay again. Nice stop if traveling route 54/56」

「Home was cozy, comfortable, and fully equipped. Owner communicated well and we had zero issues. Thank you! 」

「The property offer perfect accommodations 」

「Always love staying at the Tiny House when I come home for a visit. Brent has always returned my text messages upon arrival. House is always nice and clean. Quiet location. 」

「We loved this place! Host sent super informative writeup prior to check in and provided wonderful breakfast options in the fridge as a bonus - the cinnamon rolls and farm fresh eggs were a big hit! At night the backyard was flooded with lighting bugs (fireflies) that were stunning to watch, and we enjoyed walks around the quiet neighborhood and checking out the historical church. We would stay here again, thank you!!」

「The fridge and freezer were not functional during our visit. The linens were dirty but changed once we called the service number. There was a lot of dust on the light in the bedroom that we cleaned off. The bathroom is super cramped. I'm 6'1" and couldn't sit on the toilet comfortably. There is a dog across the street that barked constantly. I will say the service number was nice to have and they fixed what they could promptly. It was a bummer not being able to use the fridge and freezer...

「Just wanted something simple yet effective for downtime between sightseeing visits around Fort Hays State University, and wow did this meet those needs efficiently. Parking right outside was also appreciated during short outings each day..」

「Getting around was simple enough alone. The motel's location made it easy to grab food nearby.」

「Exceptional ground floor rental with no stairs and oh-so quiet. Vast apartment size. Two very comfortable king-bed en-suites with low threshold showers. Third half-bath at end of long hallway. Excellent laminate flooring with area rugs. Dining table and chairs are all highboy style, not standard. Refrig ice-maker a bit fickle, but does work. No in-sink garbage disposal. Bring your own foil/plastic wrap/bags. I stayed for a week, teaching at a local event. I stay in short term rentals frequently...

「Parking right outside our door made unpacking super simple. Felt like a home away from home during our stay here.」

「This property deserves a six out of five! It was spotless, full of amenities, quiet and well appointed. The town is a quiet interesting place and a great centralized spot to day trip from. The host is great and the communication was flawless. If you’re in the area- look no further. Book the Lawft.」
