「町の中心から車で10分か15分位離れた場所にあります。小さなホテルで、まるで親しい人の家に泊まりに来たような気分になりました。部屋からは畑や学校も見えます。時々トゥクトゥクが通り過ぎ、のどかでした。 一番印象に残ったのは、夕食と朝食を出してくれた若いスタッフです。私達が日本人だとわかると、日本語で声をかけてくれた上に、厨房へ戻りながら一生懸命覚えたての日本語を練習しているのに気づきました。 他のスタッフからも暖かいもてなしを受けました。食事中シェフが挨拶に来た他、チェックアウトの際、シェフが念の為再度部屋の忘れ物チェックを一緒にしてくれました。時々スマホなどを忘れるお客さんがいるそうです。 朝ホテルを出発する時、例の若いスタッフから「またいつか会いましょう。私達のことを忘れないで下さい」と声をかけられ、お互い握手しました。 」

「We had a lovely stay at Ella Retreat. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and included a fridge, kettle, little cooktop and kitchen sink which was handy. 「A fabulous location with excellent views especially from the garden, but the downside was very sketchy wifi and internet, insufficient hotwater for two showers one after another, and a constant pump noise through the night. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the kitchen facilities ie tea making supplies were totally inadequate. The bathrooms in our rooms were very spacious 」
