「The absolute worst rental property I have ever rented! From the moment we arrived, the condition of the home was far below expectations. There was a strong pet odor throughout the house, visible bugs and spiders, and an overall lack of cleanliness that made the space feel unsanitary. 「The apartment/annex was quaint and very clean. Check in/out was very easy and we had no major issues while we were there. I will say that the listing was slightly confusing as it still has the description of the full house even though it's just the annex. I didn't realize at first booking that it was just the apartment until I re-read it the next day. It's not a big deal as the apartment was PERFECT for what we needed which was a place to hangout/sleep while in town for a concert.」

「This is a host who NEVER disappoints!! My family and I stayed at one of his other listings and it was amazing so I knew this was going to be the same experience! Located on the Westside of Jacksonville means you will be close to everything and more! The animal theme in the house was great, hot hot water for the shower and comfy bed!
