「Casi todo muy bien .. El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos caminando del Mercado Central y a 10 minutos de la Plaza de Armas de Ayacucho ... Casi todo el personal muy atento y amable.. Habitación espaciosa, aunque carecía, de ciertos elementos que habitualmente tiene una suite. El único inconveniente de verdad para mí fueron las voces y ruidos que a través de la caja de escaleras se oían durante casi toda la noche (la escalera hacía de caja de resonancia de cualquier ruido o conversación...

「After I'd checked out of my room and was waiting at the bus station for my bus, an employee came to me to give me the extra cell phone I'd left in my room. I didn't know I'd left it. That was going the extra mile. I didn't get the young woman's name who made the trip to return it to me but she certainly deserves credit from her boss. The only downer about the room was no air conditioning but I should have paid more attention to the room's amenities when booking. 」

「Finalmente no pude hospedarme en este hotel a pesar de haber hecho la reserva con mucho tiempo de anticipación, ya que el dueño no permitió que ingresemos porque supuestamente ya no quedaban habitaciones disponibles. Como me quedo la duda llamé y me dijeron que si habían habitaciones disponibles pero mucho más caras, imagino que el señor se publicita por este medio pero no acepta reservas para alquilar sus habitaciones más caras. Me quede sin hotel el mismo día que llegue a la ciudad y tuve que...
