"Simply tragic: The kitchen smelled of gas from the cookstove (don't light a candle there!). Traffic along the main road made it impossible to sleep at night (trucks, etc.). The shower was more like a garden sprinkler way past its expiration date. Internet was non-existent. The heat in the apartment was coming and going at random times, making it impossible to maintain a constant temperature. The check-in link did not arrive on time. The bed was not flat. "We really liked this hotel. The beds are super comfortable and the spa area with multiple Jacuzzis and swimming pools is incredible. Our refrigerator was not working when we arrived so they replaced it, but the new one didn’t get cold soon enough for my leftovers to not expire. That was frustrating. Otherwise though the employees are very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again."
