「Excelente 」

「Yo fui cliente regular de Hesperia Playa el Agua y Hesperia Margarita en Playa Manzanillo en los 90 e inicios de 2000 a 2005. Lastimosamente desde las habitaciones hasta las piscinas las comidas y la ambientacion en general estaban en el nivel de un hotel dos estrellas con tres comidas. Me siento estafada la verdad. Al menos deberian ser honestos y no cobrar mas de 50 dolares por habitacion dos personas con todo incluido.」

「El buffet del desayuno no me gusto . Porque la strategia del Hotel es que pidas desayuno a la Carta , y no publican los. precios en el Menu y a la hora de tu pasar A pagar fue exageradament Altos los precios de las comidas. 28 dolares un plato de almuerzo. No creo volver a ese Hotel」

「Esta realmente cerca de la playa lo cual es muy cómodo, recomiendo tener carro para poderse desplazar a otros sitios de la isla si no se hace algo caro hacerlo. Hay varios tarantines de comida no lejos que pueden resolver」

「From the time we arrived the staff were warm and welcoming, several made a point of introducing themselves. Breakfast until 10 am was included in the room. There was a great ocean view from the restaurant, where it was possible to eat inside or outside. The infinity pool was in front of the restaurant. Valet parking was included in the room cost and was a requirement. They were always very fast in bringing the car around. Our major downside was when our camera was left in the restaurant...

「The pool was good and I like the bartender. The meals are buffet and the eggs ordered how I like. There is a beach shuttle. Local alcohol is free. The thing I dont like is the reservation dept who dont work sundays and dont acknowledge expedia.com reservations made on sundays. The staff need to be more helpful.」
