「Was a decent option for two nights in Annaba. Friendly staff. Limited facilities, but it is to be expected in the centre of Annaba. 」

「Piękna okolica w obrębie obiektu, ograniczone atrakcje w samym obiekcie, bardzo ograniczone śniadania, bardzo miła obsługa, jednak kierownik obiektu nie pomógł w poważnym kłopocie - odwołany bez powiadomienia lot z El-Oued do Algieru, brak innego lotu z El-Oued, loty połączone z Algieru do Paryża i Berlina i obowiązki lekarza w Polsce - kierownik hotelu El-Gazelle odmówił szybkiego transferu na inne lotnisko i w efekcie kolejny lot niemożliwy do osiągnięcia - na własną rękę podróż smochodem 500...

「Ce commentaire avec bienveillance pour s ameliorer Personnel de l accueil top. Petit soucis avec le service oressing qui a ete reglé. Qualite du lit mediocre, certains dysfonctionnements avec le service de chambre, oubli de serviette, oubli de gel douche. Petit dejeuner qui peut etre améliorer dans l'offre avec plus de fruits, variete de charcuterie et pas qu'une, spécialité locale y'en a pas quel dommage quand on vient dans un pays on decouvrir Bonne continuation et beaucoup de succes 」

「The staff, accommodations, settings, cleanliness and communal restaurant continue to be a plus consistently as we stayed in 2013, 2014, 2022 and 2023. At times overcrowding was an issue. This last stay was marred by unacceptable construction noise on bloc 2, story 2. I had to speak to workers and at the desk that not even informing guests of this more than hour long din was just checked unacceptable. 」

「The facility is not reached to the average of 4 star hotels in EU, such as hot water pressure is weak. The hotel is the historical legacy, maintained well, beautiful garden and isolated from noisy city traffic. The breakfast menu is limited (one kind of cheese and chicken salami, boiled egg and sliced tomato and cucumber etc, no soup) The lineup of breads are well. The hospitality of the crew is very nice and reached to the top level.」

「 部屋は２つベッドで広く使いやすかった。シャワーも固定式でなくお湯もホットできもちよかった。朝食はパン、お菓子、ヨーグルトなどでそれほど質の高いものでないが、悪くもないといったところ。スタッフは基本親切でよかった、何とか英語が通ずるスタッフも複数いて助かった。ただ聞いたタクシーの相場は実際より若干高めで自分たちの取り扱い手数料が入ってるのではという感じがした。ロケーションは中心からやや離れているが徒歩で行ける範囲内なので悪くはない。全体の照明を落としていることもあり、全体の雰囲気がややくらい。設備も良く使いやすいが、その点はマイナスである。」

「Un hotel... approximatif! Il manquait des serviettes, et celles qu’on nous a montees étaient usées jusqu’a La trame ! Un service minimum... néanmoins une chambre correcte avec terrasse sur stockage de vieilles palettes... enfin un prix convenable proche de l’aéroport. Donc moyen dans l’ensemble!」

「Service Restauration et Animation au top (sauf le responsable animation piscine) service accueil non qualifié et non professionnel, le bagagiste à l entrée si tu viens en taxi il te discrimine !!! 」

「Hôtel moyen mais le prix est très abordable, le personnel est très accueillant et très pro, une notion très bien pour Mehdi le gérant de l’hôtel, aux petits soins y très pro 」
