Perfect vacation spot! Just a 10 minute walk to the beach, pool right in the neighborhood, and space for 6 teenagers to spread out and not get on each other’s nerves too much. We had great communication with our host and check in/out was easy. Will definitely book again.

I loved the Victorian house with wooden floors in the HOA. As we turned the corner, we saw the blend of historic character, treelined streets, beautiful landscaping and lighting. Besides the beach activities, I loved walking our dogs around the neighborhood, sitting on the upstairs balcony among tall trees. It was nostalgic. Our family of 11 with teenagers had plenty of space and we could leave for the beach with the golfcart and one car. There is a small fenced back yard for the dogs. The location is close to many activities. The hosts were so helpful and kind. As we were on our way home, my granddaughter realized she left her AirPods behind. I called and the hosts immediately went over to get them before the cleaning service came. They mailed them back to us the very next day. The parking was good with a large garage with beach wagons, some chairs, and beach toys.
