The Space:
Right on the crystal-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico sits SunDestin Beach Resort. It’s located right in the heart of Destin, with everything you need for a great vacation on-site or close by. The Scenic Stays team is always available at the 24-hour front desk. Amenities of the resort include outdoor, outdoor hot tub, a fitness center, a gift shop, complimentary DVD rentals in the lobby and more! Additional seasonal amenities include beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee). SunDestin Beach Resort is sure to be where you’ll have the best beach trip ever.
In SunDestin 609, you’ll find views of the gulf just down the short entry hall. On your left, you’ll pass the bedroom and two bathrooms- one full and one half bath. A completely renovated and fully equipped kitchen has plenty of room to cook meals and offers a breakfast bar, seating for three people, perfect to enjoy morning coffee. The dining nook has a high-top table for two and the living area has a sofa and a TV where you can enjoy the evening after a day in the sun. Wall to wall glass has a sliding door leading to the balcony, with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. A queen-sized sofa bed in the living area and a king-sized bed in the master means there’s enough room for four guests in this coastal one-bedroom condo.
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
SunDestin Beach Resort lies right in the middle of Destin, with Big Kahuna’s and The Track less than a mile away and shopping and dining just four miles west at Harborwalk Village. Walk down the boardwalk along the Destin Harbor to find plenty more activities, such as charter fishing, dolphin cruises, and parasailing. The best part of the resort is that the beach is just steps away from the front door of SunDestin 609. We can’t wait to welcome you- start planning now!
Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort are currently under construction, including the restaurant, and outdoor pools, and the splash pad.
During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
