Such a great stay again at Pelican Beach Resort. Location is central to everything you might want to do. Until has all the amenities you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible-full kitchen, plenty of room and best of, balcony view of the pool and the ocean! Host was fantastic and available to answer any questions. Will definitely return! Thank you!!

Condo was just as advertised. Very clean and owners were responsive and had great material for us prior to check in. View is wonderful. We rented chairs for the week and the Tiki Hut was great for BLT's and cocktails at night.

Condo was exactly as advertised! Beautiful view of the white sand and Blue waters of Destin from the balcony. We loved our stay in this perfectly located condo. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay here again.

Our first visit to the Destin area could not have went any better. The information provided ahead of time by the owner was very helpful. We were able to make it to Destin a few hours early, and were easily able to take advantage of the early check in. Definitely take advantage of the beach chair and umbrella rental. Buy doing so ahead of time we were able to be on the front row on the beach. The condo was clean and very well kept. My two daughters and Mom loved everything about our trip! Looking forward to coming back!

Perfect condo for our family of four. The view of the gulf is perfect! Kids loved the bunk beds. The beach staff was very friendly and the Tiki bar did a great job with cocktails and food orders. Condo owners were very helpful and very easy to work with.

We were not happy with the 4 rows of rental beach chair/umbrellas that completely blocked the view of the water. We were also unable to put our beach chairs near the water so we could see and enjoy the view. We were only allowed to sit on a towel in front of the rentals. We enjoyed the condo and view from the condo but would not consider staying again unless the beach chair rental situation changed.

The condo was very clean and bed was comfortable. Balcony view was perfect - 3rd floor facing the ocean! The large pool had plenty of seating and was shaded by the building in the afternoon- which was great for us! Jacuzzi was available as well. Cafe & tiki hut was well situated and had great food and drinks! Servers took orders from the pool and beach front areas. Condo had kitchen with everything we needed and 2 full bathrooms- and was very well furnished. It was located centrally, close to many activities and restaurants. Yavuz communicated the process very well throughout, we had no problems or needs. Thank you for a great stay!

This was our first trip to Destin and we truly enjoyed it and will be back! This condo was all that we expected and more. Very nice..and great location. The view was very nice! The condo owner was great and very responsive. We are already planning on booking this same one for next year!

This place is very clean and nicely decorated. This condo is literally right on the beach and has a great view of the beach from the balcony. Beds are comfy, towels and linens are nice and new. Pelican Beach has a tiki bar that serves mixed drinks on the beach and also a cafe inside the conference center that serves really tasty food. I highly recommend this wonderful place as a stay to when you come to Destin, FL. We will definetly be coming back!
