Our stay was wonderful! From the moment we booked the communication with the owner was fantastic! Location was perfect for our family and our 2 year old grandson ms first beach trip! Would highly recommend!

A wonderful weekend getaway!

What a great location right on the beach! Condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! Communication with the owner was excellent and she was very accommodating! Would definitely stay again!

Destin October Vacation

Excellent location and view. The property manager was very prompt in answering our questions. The weather was cold for 2 days of our stay but warmed up for the last 2 days.No issues with stay.

Location great !

The condo was great and views were excellent ! But not so clean. The couch, which is also for 2 to sleep, was dirty, stained. Needs to go ! Our sinks & tubs were clogged with hair and wouldn't drain well.

Nice View, Clean room. Great vacation.

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here. Love the location and the view. Check in was easy. Description of the property was accurate. We look definitely book this place again if it is available.

Beautiful Views

The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking! The condo is spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes and gadgets you might need. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Our only issue was the sofa bed. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable & had some stains on the cushions. Other than that, everything else was great! The short walk to the beach was perfect! We rented chairs & an umbrella daily. Make sure you get there when they’re setting up so you can claim a front row spot. You can pay for the whole week at one time. The owner had two additional beach chairs on the balcony that we used as well. We spent all our swimming time at the beach so we didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean. The overall property was clean and inviting. There are laundry facilities on the same floor. You can use coins or card, $2.50 each load. The owner provided small amounts of items you’d expect to find in a hotel - little bottles of shampoo & conditioner, soap, lotion, a few laundry & dishwasher pods, dish soap, and sponge. I do recommend taking a couple of extra rolls of paper towels and toilet paper and a box of tissues. As far as the area, we enjoyed Brotula’s! Ask your server about pricing and sharing, as there is a lot of food! We also did the Tiki Dolphin & Crab Island tour with Tailfins Island Adventure. We loved our time & will definitely be returning to this condo! Joni was great to work with!

Great condo and location!

Our family of 4 had a great stay this past week! Condo is in a great location with easy access to the beach. The pool was refreshing but not cold. We were never interrupted by loud people or music. Overall a great place to stay!

Beautiful condo with a wonderful view of the beach

So enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider returning. Very clean and location was wonderful right on the beach. The view from the balcony looked directly down on the pool area and the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with every thing you could possibly need. Plenty of dishes too so we didn't have to run the dishwasher every day. The only thing that we might have enjoyed which was not available was access on the tvs to streaming services. We didn't really miss it since none of us are big tv watchers but that would have been nice. Except for that, it was perfect!

Great time in Destin

We loved this property. It was accurately described and comfortable. Perfect for our group of 5. I loved that hangers and laundry baskets were provided. The best part was the heated pool that was actually heated and comfortable, even on cold days. Thank you! We would definitely stay again.

Destin vacay

The host was an excellent communicator and the property was in a great location. It is right on the beach with a nice heated pool. The condo was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!
