HOUSE POLICIES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Sola Mar Retreats Standard Guidelines
Minimum Age
At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older and must remain on property for the duration of the stay. The primary guest is responsible for all occupants.
Pet Policy
This is a pet-free property. Guest pets are not permitted. Emotional Support Animals are not required to be accommodated in short-term vacation rentals. Violations may result in immediate eviction and additional cleaning fees.
Guest Portal & Rental Agreement
All guests must complete our secure Happy Guest portal within 48 hours of booking. Through this portal, guests will upload a valid government-issued ID, sign the required rental agreement, and access arrival information including door codes and Wi-Fi details.
Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM
• Check-out is by 10:00 AM

Self Check-In
A personalized keypad code will be provided in your Happy Guest portal.
Accidental Damage Coverage
Each reservation includes either an accidental damage waiver or a refundable security deposit hold. Please notify us promptly of any accidental damage.
Optional Travel Insurance
Guest must book travel insurance to protect your vacation investment.
Property Rules
Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the condo or on the balcony.
Occupancy Limits
Maximum occupancy includes guests of all ages, including infants and children. Exceeding the allowed guest count may result in immediate eviction without refund. We must comply with our vacation rental permit and fire code laws.
Pool/Hot Tub heat is $60/day and advance notice must be given. In June and July, there is no extra charge for hot tub heating. For other months of hot tub heat only, the charge is $20/day.

Departure Instructions
We don’t have a chores list – you are on vacation! All we ask is before departure please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher. Safe travels home!

⚠️ Important Safety Information

• There are no lifeguards on duty at the property or beach. Swim at your own risk. We recommend the Water Watcher Program and leave you cards and lanyards for safety.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, especially in the backyard, pool, and hot tub areas.
• Both rear entrances leading to the pool area are equipped with safety alarms. Please do not disable or tamper with them.
• The gas fire pit and grill must be turned off immediately after each use.
• Fire extinguishers are located in the kitchen and in the outdoor area for your safety.

By booking this property, guests acknowledge that use of the pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, and all amenities is at their own risk. The property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that occur during your stay.
