Called on a Monday at 1pm to report guest bathroom toilet is broken. 48 hours later on Wednesday I call back to try and understand what the delay is...Oddly enough, the property manager was out getting the parts to fix the toilet...I would avoid this property Management Group if at all possible. Customer Service is not at the top of their list as it pertains to priorities.
