Great Condo!

Very clean and well appointed condo. Lots of room. We really enjoyed the balcony, the view and close proximity to the beach.

Great location with a great View

My family and I really enjoyed this property. Beautiful view and modern. The only thing I would change is adding more cooking supplies pots and pans Etc. In addition some better dish cleaning supplies. Very minor and would just be a nice to have otherwise great stay and we loved it

502 sands

Beautiful, ocean/beach/view amazing. The beach chair rental was a disappointment as all front chairs were rented by time got there and you cannot use your own umbrella. Also no online rental option to do so in timely manner. Although 1/2 front row beach chairs were not occupied. Bed sheets didn’t fit king bed -uncomfortable beds overall.

The view of the beautiful ocean was amazing! We loved how close we were to entertainment, food, and shopping. It was a great experience and we had a blast!

Best view and location

We loved our stay here and loved how close it was to everything! Beautiful views and loved that the beach was never too packed. Everyone was quick to respond if we had questions! We’re already taking about going back with our kids!

Beautiful view and loved the heated pool!

The property was wonderful. Clean, great setup, lots of room, great location to restaurants and activities and being a bit cool in April, the heated pool allowed us to enjoy the water when the ocean was too cold to enjoy. My only complaint was with communication, or lack thereof. When we checked in at exactly the allowed time of 4pm, the ac wasn’t working. It took 12+ phone calls and hours to finally get someone to return a call. Things turned around once we finally got to talk to someone. Communication could have been more frequent so we knew what the plan was but ultimately it got fixed 2 days later. Thankfully it wasn’t middle of the summer! Kat with RealJoy was very kind in trying to make things comfortable for us until it was fixed and even brought a small bag of goodies afterwards. Overall, the trip was amazing and we had a fantastic time!

Great place to make some fun memories.

We really enjoyed our stay here. That condo was well kept. We did have a few issues, 1) We had to get a hold of the property manager to get the codes for the door and gate access. Even tho we checked in online and we’re told that they would send then on the day of checkin. They did respond very quickly and were very helpful. 2) The lighting, fans and outlets didn’t all work. 3) All beds weren’t very comfortable and could/should be replaced. Those were all minor things, We had a great experience and made lots of memories which out weighed the cons.

Just as advertised

Had a great stay at this condo. Everything you need is in the room and the photos are a spot on depiction of what you are renting. Great location near grocery/liquor stores, attractions and souvenir shops. Would definitely stay here again if it were available.

Great Property, No Beach Gate Code Available

very clean and more than expected, only had a problem with access to the beach gate locks. Get the beach gate code before you travel!

Destin beach vacation

Perfect spot for families. Lovely unit, wonderful views, nice and quiet. My only complaint was the Wi-Fi was not working even after we were told it was fixed. I also wished they would leave cleaning supplies(garbage bags, kitchen counter spray) in the unit, to wipe up counters and such after cooking/eating. We had to buy our own and ended up leaving them there.

Pleased with the condo!!

The condo looked just like the pictures! It was clean, No complaints there! No one bothers you! The only thing I would recommend is making the front desk more knowledgeable when asking a simple question as far as "do I need to tell anybody or sign anything when I check out". She didn't know and directed me to call realjoy where I booked through to ask. I walked straight down to the HOA office and the man on duty quickly answered with nope just be checked out on time. Another heads up to anyone who rents a condo for the week double check that your condo doesn't come with beach chairs before you rent them at the beach in front of the condos because the people renting chairs will not tell you if they come with your room. Only CERTAIN ROOMS come with chairs included. The guy renting chairs basically told me if people find out that their room comes with chairs and ask to be reimbursed they will reimburse them. That to me just seems wrong. When I asked if they came with my room because I wasn't sure he quickly opened and closed his clipboard saying no. He then proceeded to tell me that he could not tell me what rooms game with chairs. At that point I was just like whatever, it is what it is. We planned on renting them for the week anyways I just wanted to give future renters a heads up so they don't waste money for nothing. Overall though our stay was wonderful at this condo. If I were ever to decide to visit Destin again this is where I would stay. The water is beautiful but Destin itself is a little busier than what we like.

Beach time

The property itself is in a great location with excellent beach service and good security. I’ve been staying at this property for over 20 years and I’m disappointed in the upkeep of the units. The most disappointed aspect is the units are not clean.
