The living room boasts a stunning view of the pool, with the Gulf of Mexico just beyond the pool deck. Wake up to a fresh cup of complimentary coffee with our dual coffee maker- whether you crave a single cup or an entire pot to kick start your morning, we got you covered.
Walk straight through the front door in to the lovely living room and sprawl out on the couch after traveling! Tv's are ready for you to kick back and log into your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime or YouTube TV account. Spend time with family enjoying a variety of card and board games.
IMPORTANT:
-Please be advised that the outdoor pool, hot tub, splashpad, and grill areas are CLOSED for construction until the project is completed, which is expected to be around June. We will provide alternative access for grilling. The indoor pool and beach access will remain available for guest use.
- Please note: We DO not provide beach towels.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, two closets, and an attached half bath that leads into a full bathroom.
Perfect for families, the hallway offers twin-size bunk beds with individual lighted spaces. Additionally, there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

- Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors
You are vacationing in a residential condo building . Please be a good neighbor/guests by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive others of the peaceful enjoyment of their private units .
*Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
