We loved the condo and how we could run down to the pool or beach whenever we wanted to. We spent a lot of time at the beach or on the balcony. We also loved how we could walk to go grab food, ice cream, or coffee! Overall, it was a great and relaxing vacation!

Great location in Destin. Awesome beach access, the tiki bar and staff were awesome. View from 17th floor was nice, downside was half the elevators were down so it took a little long to go up and down. Love the Destin area though. Great spring break! The family loved it.

The condo was great and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The pelican resort was great with food and drinks on the beach and staff was super friendly! Location was close to EVERYTHING. We went for our honeymoon and we cannot wait to come back with our kids. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic spot at Pelican Beach Resort

This was one of our favorite vacations on the Gulf Coast ever. We've stayed at Pelican before and it's always nice, but this condo is particularly clean and well appointed. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable, and the kids loved the bunks in the hallway. Frank was responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay as well. We'd definitely stay here again!

Such a relaxing trip

From start to finish just at all around great experience. The condo was immaculate with a beautiful view of the ocean. I highly recommend anyone to go stay at this condo and complex. The pool was unbelievable. All of the staff was over to top friendly all in all highly recommended would love to go back.

Wonderful Place

It was our first time in Destin. Our condo was perfect! The view of the beach from our 17th floor room was amazing. The room was clean and just enough space for me and my 3 girls. We really loved the convenience of the beach and pool next to each other. And we were right next to shops, restaurants, arcades and the water park. We will definitely be booking this place again.

Thanksgiving in Destin

This is an absolutely amazing rental that has the most beautiful views of the sunset! We saw dolphins right outside on our deck! With access to pools and hot tubs right along the beachfront, it was so convenient. Property manager is very responsive with questions and the condo itself was really well maintained. The bunks in the hallway were a fun way to add extra sleeping quarters. We definitely look forward to coming back another time!

Great place to stay with kids. Our kids loved the bunk beds. Pelican beach resort is one of our favorite places to stay in Destin— amazing zero entry pool for the kids, super close to beach and love the cafe. Only issue we had was our fridge stopped working after buying $400 worth of groceries so we had to move it to our large cooler while they replaced the fridge. They did respond pretty quickly though to address the fridge issue so impressed by that! Would definitely stay here again.

Elevator delays

The property and room were great. No issues there. The property kept having problems with their elevators. For each day we were there 1 or 2 of the 4 elevators were out of service. Some guest waited 30 minutes to catch an elevator. Since only 2 were working during checkout, I had to catch the elevator going up just to ensure I could get on to eventually go down. An employee said “ we are having elevator problems AGAIN. This indicates a known ongoing problem. I stayed here last year and did not have this experience. Hopefully this will be resolved quickly

Great experience.

This was a great place to stay. Condo was exactly as advertised and everything was clean and in good condition. Amazing view. Check in process was extremely simple and every interaction with staff was pleasant. The on-site cafe was convenient and delicious. The condo is in a great location- close to a water park, lots of restaurants and shopping options, and additional attractions. My only issue was the beach seating and part of the issue was just me misunderstanding. You have to pay for the chairs and umbrellas they provide which I understood; however, I did not realize that they do not allow any “private” setups in front of the rentals or within them so if you do not purchase one, you’ll be pretty far away from the water. So I definitely recommend purchasing this ahead of time. Once we realized our mistake, we rented one and it was definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
