Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay!

Sterling Shores has always been our go-to spot. This home was everything we wanted. Large bedrooms, large living room, plenty of space for 4 adults and a child. Nicely decorated and the view is always amazing!

This was our second year vacationing in Sterling Shores and we can’t wait to come back! This condo far exceeded our expectations- it was spacious and had an incredible view. Check in was easy and there wasn’t a long list of tasks to complete prior to check out. Our only complaint is that the coffee pot is awful! If you’re a coffee drinker, I suggest bringing your own.

I loved our room it was exactly like the pictures! Our view was AMAZING! And the beds were so soft and comfortable it took a while for my toddlers to wake up 💀🤦🏽‍♀️🤣 we enjoyed this stay so much that we HAD to extend for an extra day. Everyone in Destin are so nice and so clean ♥️ I really enjoyed my time there . Book this stay you won’t regret it. Also there is a restaurant on the beach where you can eat AND DRINK ON THE BEACH!! Can’t beat that!

We love Sterling Shores and this room was beautiful but it is time for the bathrooms to be remodeled. The view was amazing from the 10th floor. The room was very neat but not real clean. Just a little discouraging considering the cost and all of the fees paid to stay.

I would have given this home 5 stars if it wasn’t for the constant tapping noise above us. It sounded like someone was tapping on the pipes, and it occurred constantly, even in the middle of the night. I took an audio of it, if the property owner wants to hear it. Other than that we really loved the condo. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in away from home! The condo was very clean and spacious, with updated appliances. If they can solve the noise problem, I would book it again.

This is my third time at Sterling shores and every unit I have stayed at has never been a disappointment honestly. This unit specifically was super nice! The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and gadgets of all kinds. The property was very clean! Although the living room furniture could be updated or deep cleaned. I just put a sheet over the couch and it did the job. For me personally I care about the beds. And let me tell you they were squeaky clean!! The beds are sooo comfortable!! We slept like babies lol! There are plenty of towels, all clean. Iron and hair dryer available. Overall great place to stay, my family and I really enjoyed it!!

Our condo was very nice. I would stay there again but there are a few things that there could improve. Need more pans. There was only one small frying pan. Couch is very uncomfortable! The volume on the TV in master bedroom wouldn’t change…up or down. These are just nit picky, but can easily addressed.

We loved the location of this unit and the fact that the property had a fitness center, large pool, and a smaller heated pool with easy beach access. Also, it was easy to access the beach. And parking at the hotel was easy as well. Our room was clean with modern furniture and decor. Plenty of room for our family of four. I like that both bathrooms were a decent size and the view from the room was great! We would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding and loved our stay at Sterling Shores! The private beach access, and close proximity to scenic hwy 98 were perfect! Everything was clean and the staff were very professional.

We had a wonderful time in this beautifully decorated home listening to the ocean waves morning and night! The pools were great and convenient! Beach a few steps away, chairs put out and taken down for you for fee! Home had everything you need! 90 percent of home is updated beautifully and clean! We hope to stay here again ! Very nice condo. Nice furnishings and setup. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Loved the large balcony and sweeping views of the gulf. That was our favorite spot. Even saw dolphins at a distance and the sunsets were gorgeous. The main pool was too cold in early March, but we still enjoyed walks on the beach. Only small negative was the sound of airplanes and helicopters when sliding doors were open due to close proximity to runway. Otherwise, loved the unit and would rent it again. PS: the master bathroom vanity door and hinge needs repair. It had no impact on us but thought you might want to know.
