A beautiful 4 bedroom house tastefully decorated to make your vacation feel luxurious, relaxing and fun.
This house is located in the exclusive gated resort style community called the Villages of Crystal Beach. You can easily walk to the beach which is three blocks away or hop on the free seasonal trolley service. Pick up and drop off from the house to the beach!
This spacious and clean home offers sleeping accommodations for 12 people. There is also a game room with an arcade game. You can bring your own video game console and hook it up to the TV for easy playing for the gamer inside of you.
The community includes a large resort style lagoon pool with waterfalls, hot tub, tables with umbrellas and lounge chairs. The tiki-hut adjacent to the pool offers an outdoor TV in a large bar with plenty of seating. You can serve yourself a drink and enjoy the warm weather or take a swim in the pool.
The house is centrally located in the heart of Destin. There are plenty of stores near by to meet all your needs including shopping, dining or picking up last minute items.
Our home has the highest cleaning standards. Every surface is wiped down, cleaned and sanitized. Our linens are washed and rotated between every single stay.
No golf carts allowed in the gated community

- Guest room #4: Bunk room - Twin over king with a twin trundle bed
The house offers a fully equipped kitchen. It features high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an eat-at the breakfast bar, large dining room and living room. We provide fast internet service.
We include the basic essential amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and dish washer soap.
The HOA allows a maximum of 3 cars parked in the driveway.
Parking is very limited inside the complex.
Across the street from the house is additional parking space which is available for the entire community. First come first serve. Any street parking or parking at another property will be towed and will be the responsibility of the car owner. Street parking will result in towing.

The Neighborhood
The house is located near multiple shopping stores, restaurants and activities. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
There is also a Whole Foods and Publix near by for quick grocery shopping. There are multiple convenience stores, beauty stores (Ulta), beach stores and clothing stores near by.
Just south of the community is the Scenic beach road that offers a large sidewalk great for walking, jogging, and biking with incredible Gulf views!
