This property features two fully equipped homes rented together—a main house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and a separate guest house with 2 bedrooms, a loft, and 2 baths. Both houses boast spacious living/dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, and modern amenities, making it perfect for groups who want to vacation together while maintaining their own space. Relax by your private pool or take a short stroll—the pristine white sand beach is just one block away!

Step into a bright and inviting open-concept living area featuring comfortable leather queen sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses, additional seating, and an extra-large SMART TV—perfect for movie nights or cheering on your favorite team. Elegant tile floors, a cozy fireplace, and professional decor create a welcoming ambiance for relaxation.

• Kitchen & Dining:
Cook and dine with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials, including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, and a variety of cookware. The dining area seats up to 10 with an additional five barstools at the kitchen counter.

• Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

We truly enjoyed your lovely beach home, perfect for families with the guest House. Liked having the pool between the buildings that give some shade early morning and late afternoon. The beaches are gorgeous with the powdered sand and clear, warm water. Loved the gulf ocean breeze sitting on the front porch.Excellent location, easy walkable access to beach, restaurants, dining and shopping. The little ones loved the very nice playground around the corner at the church.

This property was everything it promised to be! Close walk to the beach, very nice clean accommodations with all the extras we could use! Plenty of beach items, kitchen items, games, bikes, wagons, and the pool was great! The owners were especially fantastic with great communication!
