Desert Stages Theater

I think the hotel location is wonderful, affordable and well maintained. I do believe that the customer service with some of the front desk is not welcoming. Especially the person that checked me in. I compared her to the others and there was a stark contrast. Her presence also changed the way the others behaved too (I had a 5 day stay). It seems she may be in a supervisory role. Great hotel, I would return. please provide customer service training to front desk staff. All other employees were wonderful.

We had a great stay! They were able to accommodate us with an early check-in, which is always such a nice bonus when traveling. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient with lots of great dining options nearby. My daughter especially loved the pool and had so much fun. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely come back!
