Relax in our spacious backyard overlooking the desert mountains, featuring covered dining and game areas, heated salt water pool and jetted spa with color changing LED lights, outdoor island with gas and charcoal grills, bar and large lounge area with firepit for breezy nights.

Spa heating is included. The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so it is available for an additional fee. It takes around 6-8 hours to heat the pool, so please requested at least 24hr prior to have the pool heated for your arrival.

Other things to note
Per county regulations, no outdoor music is allowed after 7PM. No parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke is allowed at any time during your stay both outside and inside of the house. Please respect out neighbors and neighborhood that welcomes you.

Early check-ins and late check-outs have an extra fee of $50/hour and are subject to availability and approval.

Small pets are allowed. We charge $150/pet for their stay. 2 pets max per reservation. Please note that pets are NOT ALLOWED in the pool and spa. Please let us know if you are bringing your pet(s) in advance.

NO SMOKING inside the house - violations will be subject to a $1000 fine.

Please note: There are exterior surveillance cameras installed outside of the property for security and safety purposes. Cameras are positioned around entry points and the backyard, including coverage of the pool area. These cameras are not actively monitored during guest stays.
