Just 500 meters from the property, in the historic center, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, Desenzanino Beach, the harbor, bars, pizzerias, and restaurants where you can enjoy lunch or dinner with a view of Lake Garda. Palm Garda Beach is surrounded by a large garden that wraps around the entire house, offering two independent entrances for added convenience. Inside, the house consists of a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, utensils, and everything needed to make your stay comfortable. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, and a dining table with chairs, ideal for relaxing or dining together. Continuing down the corridor, you access the sleeping area, which consists of two double bedrooms, furnished with wardrobes, dressers, and nightstands, and a full bathroom with a toilet, shower, and bidet. Behind the kitchen, a staircase leads down to the wonderful basement tavern, where you will find an independent laundry room and an additional dining area, perfect for dinners or aperitifs with friends and family. On the ground floor, there is also an independent double bedroom and a second full bathroom with a shower cubicle. The highlight of the villa is certainly the outdoor spaces: in the large garden surrounded by olive trees, there is a comfortable above-ground pool (400 cm in length, 200 cm in width, and 120 cm in depth), a dining table, sunbeds, and a brick barbecue, ideal for your barbecues. The villa is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, bed and bath linens, and 3 private parking spaces, completing the offer of this exclusive property. The villa was renovated in February 2023, during which the pool was added. Additionally, to ensure a stress-free stay, we offer a dedicated Concierge service. We are ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible by offering personalized hospitality and continuous assistance. We do not use key boxes with codes and will not ask you to drive unnecessary miles. Starting one week before your arrival, a dedicated concierge (speaking Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese) will be at your disposal to answer any questions about the apartment and the surrounding area. Upon your arrival, the concierge will personally greet you, accompany you to the apartment, and be available throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to say goodbye and ensure that your experience was perfect. The Concierge service is available via direct chat contact, ensuring quick and personalized assistance. Check-in for this apartment is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, while for arrivals after 7:00 PM and up to 11:30 PM, a supplement of 50 E is required. The apartment is also subject to a security deposit of 200 E, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case of payment in cash, the deposit will be refunded, in the absence of damages, via bank transfer within 3 working days.
