Construction made this property untidy. Rooms were okay but the hallway hadn’t been vacuumed and it looked like construction materials had been transported through it. We had to wipe our feet to not track into the room.

This motel was in no way like the motel portrayed on the website!! The only nice part was the area around the front desk. The ret of it was messy and dirty and horribly cluttered. The pool area was full of crates and boxes on pallets along with a lot of other stuff. Couldn’t hardly get to the pool, which didn’t have the filter pumps running anyway. The room was very musty and stuffy, the AC unit rattled so loud I’m surprised the front desk didn’t hear it. It was not stocked with towels or washcloths, the bedspread had several cigarette burns and the floor was dirty. The two “queen” beds were actually queen sized frames with full size mattresses. The next morning we asked again for washcloths and just got hand towels. The bathroom sink had no water and sand came out of the shower. I talked to the front desk and we got a new room. It was marginally better. Same issue with the beds. I certainly will never stay at a clarion again.

Very poor quality and service. They skimp on the few products they provide (paper thin stained towels, thin tissue paper, stained bed sheets and blankets). They sell everything at the counter, simple things other hotels provide at no cost like a toothbrush or toothpaste they sell it all. The entire place stinks of food and body odor. Just terrible!

The pictures on Expedia are not accurate at all. The hotel and rooms don’t look anything like the pictures. I don’t think AC runs through the hallways of this hotel because it was very muggy as we walked through them it smelled like a basement. The rooms seemed to have working AC but the bed linens had stains on the pillows and sheets. The bathroom shower had stains in the tub area. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you were looking for a clean place to stay. We didn’t want to stay so we checked into a different hotel the same day. We were offered another room but the whole hotel wasn’t a good feeling at all.

It's a typical airport hotel. The staff was pleasant to work with. The property is dated, even with obvious attempts to refresh it. The room was ok but just felt sloppy. The flooring was installed incorrectly so it was pushing up in the middle. I could feel it sink back down each time I stepped on it. The paint job is sloppy with paint from the walls on the trim and ceiling. The caulking in the shower is unsightly. The bathroom was constantly warm and smelled of mildew mixed with sweaty socks. Bed was decent enough and the AC cooled the room well. Just felt grungy and needed to shower after leaving. Will not stay here again on future visits.

the staff we very polite but the room had very sticky floors. also the rooms were not sound proof, we could hear people in the next room and people out in the hall at all times of the day and night.

We did not stay there. We left as soon as we got there due to dirtiness. Old mattresses were laying in the parking lot. The fridge was broken in the room. Room was filthy. The person who was in front of us in line also left due to the dirtiness of the property. The property smelled horrible throughout.

Pick a different hotel if you can
Very run down hotel. The room was old and had a very dirty feel. Floors were sticky throughout. Beds creaked very loud with every move. Breakfast in the morning was not good they were out of a bunch of things. The guy at the front desk was friendly which was the only plus. This was a pricey stay for a really lousy experience.

If I could post pictures here I would. The lobby was the only nice part about the hotel. The room was poorly painted, the bathroom sink had a slow drain, the tub faucet had tape wrapped around it, the fire sprinkler was loose in the wall with a big gap and painted over, the air conditioner was not adjustable so it was warmer than we wanted in the room, people were propping the doors open to smoke and causing a security issue, and frankly it was too over price for the poor quality of facility.

It’s an older property but the owners have put a lot of work into it. Breakfast was on par with most hotels. Manager was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

We got in and had to wait 30 minutes for front desk to help a customer in front of us. Got to room and it smelled bad and was extremely hot. Air conditioner took 4 hours to cool the room enough to sleep

Rooms are ugly nothing like photos. They always rent the party room and they are so loud. Your room faces them. Do not stay here not worth money. I had to go out of my room and tell front desk they needed to tell people to be quiet or I wanted my money back totally awful!!!!
