"We had a wonderful stay at Skellig Bay Cottage! The house was spacious and comfortable and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect for relaxing in front of the views and short day trips to all of the sights. Our favorite part of the house was the large ocean front window. We all took turns sitting in the comfy chairs reading a book or just taking in the scenery of sheep and ocean. Thank you for a great stay in the Ring of Kerry!"

"The cottage is very basic and dated, but the location can’t be beat. It is a lovely, quiet spot (secluded, even) between Kenmare and Sneem. No internet, no frills, but the owners are very nice and the cottage had everything that we needed. We found the bed to be quite hard. We really enjoyed our stay."

"A fantastic experience. The beach for the children was a homerun! They spent all day hunting for lipids, mussels & clams. The sauna was going was so refreshing after a dip in the pool and bay. A daily ritual. Seal cottage was lovely and most comfortable. Tomas and Margrite(sp) were very helpful. We were there for over 3 weeks and hated to leave! We will return. 5 stars!"

"Beautiful home with amazing views! This home had everything needed for our party of four. The owners are the kindest people you will meet. We stayed for a week and we were quite sad to leave. A quiet area and a great place to renew yourself. We spent the week visiting historic sites, driving mountain passes, and even took a walk with alpacas!!"

"The location is beautiful and private and easy to find . Accommodation is spacious and comfortable enough ( apart from the pillows but everyone has different preferences) but felt a bit dark . It seems there is a damp issue as the property unfortunately smelt mildewy and the bed clothes were all damp on arrival which meant we had to use own blankets for the night - we wondered if there is scope to improve ventilation . "Very spacious house with wonderful views. Comfortable and under floor heating meant always right temperature. Liking a log fire, this never needed. Being Kerry, one needs to be prepared for all weathers. This house very well suited to sitting in for hours -days where that weather forbids going out. "Kathleen was the perfect host and her holiday home was honestly incredible. So much space and light with beautiful views from every window. Kathleen was so accommodating when we had to add an extra guest to the party and came over to talk us through everything. The location is brilliant for exploring the Skelligs and this beautiful part of the Kerry ring All in all, it was all just standout brilliant and my only regret is that we weren't staying another week!"

"Beautiful house, immaculate. Spacious rooms and large walk in shower. Well equipped kitchen, warm. No satellite TV unfortunately. Great views all round, the sea and the mountains. Very welcoming with owners parents next door if we needed anything. It would have been useful to have a signpost to the property as we did get lost. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."
