"Stayed a Sunnybank beginning of October for ten days. Immediately when you walk in you can see that the cottage is so clean and fresh. Everything you need for a holiday is there, just like home from home. The hot tub (which is very private) is excellent and so it the games room. The owners were easily contactable if needed. We would highly recommend this cottage. Although we didn't require, the cottage is also ideal if there is a disability shower wise etc. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!"

"It was ok once you managed to get access to it. We only managed to get to the property after 2 days and customer service was not helpful at all. The address supplied (10 Picton terrace) will point you to a different house. They should have pointed out that it's Kent House. Also, the overgrown garden is not helpful as it's giving a vibe of abandoned house especially if the guests arrive at night. Parking is hard as majority is a double yellow line. The inside of the house is ok. Tired sofa. The bedroom and bed is good. Low hot water pressure when taking a shower. If you will use the bath make sure to turn the hot water on 15-30 minutes before you actually start bathing as it's droppings of hot water only. They have good cooking utensils albeit some was not properly cleaned (microwave) "
