"Quick check in Threadbare carpet in room and beside a very noisy main road so very noisy not much sleep even with ear plugs. Bed and pillows comfy We stayed for 2 nights and key card ran out after 1st day staff never mentioned this so got up to room and couldn't get in room had to go back down to reception this could of been avoided. Room ok but no sleep due to main road noises so wouldn't stay again "

"Considering how cheap this was, the room was surprisingly good. The mattress was super comfy. Had a bath. Decor was dated, but super clean, with toiletries included Shout out to the receptionist Toby who was amazing when helping us out, seeing as i somehow ended up booking for a different not by accident. He was a man on a mission to help us, and help us he did. Thanks again mate 👍 "

"Lovely room,very clean and lots of space Bed was very comfortable. Tara was lovely member of staff ,very friendly and helpful.We had quite a laugh with her ,she showed interest in what we were doing whilst in Derby.She remembered what tea i had for breakfast and had it ready the next morning .she is a great asset to the hotel ."

"Clean and functional but the rooms are quite small with limited space to get in and out (I had a tuba with me). I was surprised ti be charged £5 overnight car parking as id filtered on free parking in the search. "
