「Property was once a Holiday Inn and is just a tad dated, but everything was very neat and clean, outdoor area well-maintained. Hallways well-lighted with good-looking carpet. Our room floor was tiled (thank goodness for this trend) with a comfortable bed, nice linens, good towels, wall-mounted toiletries, responsive HVAC. Desk staff welcoming, friendly, helpful. It was convenient to basic shopping, fuel and the interstate. Parking area can accommodate trucks, which I am sure is helpful. NO...

「I reserved a double queen bed room with extra square feet of room. We arrived an hour eary for the 3 oclock check-in and the room was understandably not ready so we waited until 3 oclock for the stated check-in time. The room still not ready. They did try to accomadate us with a room that was smaller, but was not what we reserved. Rooms are so small these days so we elected to wait. Checked back a couple of more times and it wasnt until 3:45 that the desk finally checked to see why the room...

「They were overbooked and didnt have our room even tho we had reservations, so they gave us another room where none of the outlets worked in the bathroom missing light bulbs so front desk gave us some bulbs. Everyday when we left and came back our room key no longer worked so Everyday we had to get it reset at front desk...then they brought more towels to our room that were damp as if they haven't completly dried in the dryer. Overall i would never stay there again, it's not like the other...

「もちろん車が必要なエリアです。空港まではタクシーで45ドル、時間にして20分以内でつくので便利です。住宅地ということもありとても静かです。料金は安くはありませんが一昔前のアメリカのホテルらしく部屋は広いです。内装はクラシックでした。ホテルの方はすぐに対応してくれ感じも良かったです。」

「大変清潔に保とうと努力されているのはわかりましたが、私が泊まった部屋は大変カビ臭く残念でした。ベッドは新しく快適でした。Walmartが近いのは大変便利で、近くに食事をとる場所も多く問題ありません。Akronにはホテルが少ないため、連泊などしないのであれば、Cleveland等の他の場所のほうが割安なホテルがあるかもしれません。」

「Second worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Had a cockroach in the room. Bathroom door had to be lifted up by the handle to close it. Mattresses were old and worn out with depressions. If I hadn’t already paid and been so tired, I would have left for sure. Only good things was the water in the shower was hot.」

「I stayed this hotel for a week. I wanted more laundry and drying machines. And putting only quarters for 2 bucks are inconvenient. 」

「I haven’t stayed at an Embassy in quite some time, this footprint is like any other Hilton property and not like the original properties. The people were very nice but carpets in hallways were stained. This is a standard commercial mid level hotel with the added amenities of cook to order eggs and a bar.」
