"Bed was made poorly as if someone was jumping or sitting on the bed. I had a hair on the sheets. The shower was not that clean either. The towels were also just thrown on the shelf unfolded. The worker who checked us in brought her kids to work with her as well as the lady cleaning on our floor. She had her 3 or 4 year old with her. Not sure how clean rooms can get when you are also watching a child at that age. All in all, poor experience. "

"Pluses: As always, parking and breakfast was fine. The room is always clean. The staff is always top notch. I dealt with Christina and Bree at the front desk and Sabrina, the lady on my floor. They were all very nice, helpful and professional. Negatives: The elevator was out of service. I'm 73 and enjoy bad knees. Christina tried to move me to the ground floor, but it wasn't available. The TV system was very screwed up; not the TV, but the cable system. You couldn't watch a full program, because it would freeze for minutes at a time or it would jump to other channels. Once it jumped to five other channels, before it came back to my program. The only chair in the room was the most uncomfortable chair I have ever tried to use. It was hard as a wooden bench, and it wouldn't tilt back at all. Before you write me off as a complainer, check it out. I was in 309. From now on, I will request a room on the ground floor and bring a backup chair. "

"The owner is commutative and easy to work with. The house is about 75% as shown but some of the pictures are AI enhanced (the inside pictures are accurate.) Overall, the house was well furnished and met our needs for the weekend of hosting our family for a wedding nearby. However, there were a few items that didn’t meet expectations. The outdoor area is designed for entertaining but the grill is a “camping style grill” in which you must bring your own 1 lb propane bottle - don’t plan on grilling more than three burgers at a time. The hot tub was working but not clean enough to feel comfortable using. The pool looked great but the decking was cracked and a rug was used to cover up a major hole. The back porch fans did not work. The master bedroom closet is missing the baseboards and where the carpet met the bathroom tile, the tack nails were exposed so if you stepped on the threshold barefooted, it cut your foot (speaking from experience). There’s just a few items to be addressed to bring it up to par for this type of rental. "

"5 star experience - the hotel is brand new and spotless! The facilites are great but the staff is even better. We hosted a wedding welcome party in the indoor/outdoor meeting space and it was fantastic. Our wedding party all stayed here and they felt the same. Great job! "
