Was not happy at all. The code on the door kept changing everytine we left had to call to get new one. The hot tub smelled horrible and had hair floating in it. Shower and bathroom were ok stive and microwave are both broken and there some sketchy wiring hanging out of back of furnace. The house is in a good area close to newport and restraunts but definatly wouldnt book again unless it was better maintained

Heat didn't work and they didn't respond in a timely manner. They ofered a partial refund which we have not seen. We were supposed to stay here two nights and left after one night when they didn't fix the heat.

This is a GREAT little beach house - and the hot tub in the front room was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. A few issues with the gas fireplace and the shower head fixture — but nothing that hampered our stay in any way. Very close to the main drag and all the fun — Would definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I wanted a quiet, relaxing stay and that exactly what we goth! The property is clean and cozy and the hot tub is a wonderful touch. Plus, the location is hard to beat. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything here was amazing! They had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was an extra plus that really made the trip! Super cute place with a nice quiet neighborhood. Great place to book with pets!

Terrible & overpriced. Shower was pink with mildew. Hot tub was rusty & dirty water. Cooking utensils were horrible. Pillows were flat and so broken down, I ended up sleeping on the couch....that slides apart anytime you move. This place needs some serious TLC before renting it out. Wish i could get my money back!!!

Driveway is very narrow. If you have a bigger vehicle it will be difficult to park. Old gas stove in living room had no instructions on how to operate. Wasn't even sure if it worked. Some may find the constantly running hot tub in living room annoying. Overall, it was OK but nothing special. With all the added on fees not sure it was worth the cost.

Super cute place with a great location but it was very smelly. I reached out to vacasa and told them about the smells but nothing was done. There’s a hot tube in the living room which made the entire house have a chemical smell. The back bedroom has a moldy musty smell and there were fleas. Lots and lots of fleas. We used the recliners and there was trash in them, candy wrappers and a dirty hairbrush. The carpet was very dirty. It was definitely a let down from what we expected.

Beautiful house with scenic views in a nice , quiet neighborhood. Shops close by as is a lovely sitting bench overlooking the ocean, wails where there as well. We would gladly stay here again.

very clean, interior pretty worn. fireplace and indoor hot tub not working. there wasn't anything instructions on how to operate anything in house. waited 2 hrs for repairman who fixed fire place temporarily. hot tub was known to be broken prior to day of our arrival. this house was not ready to rent out. when my husband called VRBO to let them know how unhappy we were the gentleman hung up on him. we did leave after being there 3 hrs. company called me and issued a full refund with an apology. to be fair we rent from VRBO often and this was the first issue we have ever had.

This is such a cute house! Location is great! It’s walking distance to all the little shops and Gracie’s Sea Hag which is a plus! I thought that having a hot tub inside the house would be weird, not to mention humid but it actually was very fun and it did not cause the house to be humid. The pans and cooking utensils were adequate. The view is stunning! We were able to watch the boats come into the harbor. I would definitely stay here again!!

It was good. Will rent again. Only thing I wasn't happy about was having to pay a cleaning fee, and having to clean before and after my stay. When we arrived there was candy wrappers and garbage in the downstairs bedroom.
