The room was remodeled lately and looked very nice. The front desk was helpfull at explaining different operating functions of the hotel. Husband was told at checkin that breakfast was only on weekends, they have it every day. I have a Food Safety certificate, workeb in bakery and deli for 30 years, one of food warms temperature was set at 97 the whole time we wrre there. Proper temp is at least 180. other food warmer was set right. the whole time we were there housekeeper did not come in to room to empty garbage or give clean towels. We are capable of making own bed, not problem. Ask at front desk for clean towels, didn’t get any til stopping housekeeping 2 days later. We were leaving that next day. Have stayed at other La Quanta before but will never stay at this one again.

Trains coming through several times a day. We asked for handicap 'easy access' further from the office. Thought location / room was fine. A few derelect vehicles for a few days, though police came through in the afternoon. Friendly personnel.

It was a terrible hotel; drunk people were fighting in the room next to me one night, and another person got a kick out of the hotel room in the middle of the night. If I could give 0 or -1 that would be the rating I would give it.

We apologize Shawn, as you stated about the second night, when we catch this type of behavior, we remove the guests immediately. Although we can't control anyone's behavior, we do not tolerate any disrespect to our guests that are just trying to enjoy their stay.

Bathroom was gross, needed to be cleaned so we went and got bleach and cleaned it and the toilet seat is falling apart. No outlets except by the table. The beds was pretty comfortable so that was nice. It’s always loud if it’s not the other people staying here it was the traffic on the highway. So we didn’t sleep very well.

There was nothing unique about the property, it was dirty in the parking lots, huge potholes everywhere. the rooms were OK but no soap in the bathroom and no convenient plugs for electronics. Staff was very nice and took good care of us....the property needs painting and an upgraded

It's ok. Mostly a party and play spot. The breakfast is decent but not great. The rooms are usually decent. Look for damage or things that don't function when you first get in your room. If your have issues they will try to accommodate you. They have been professional enough lately. To be honest they should just ask men when they check if they are looking for some "entertainment" and hand us a map that shows which rooms are the "working girls." Cause I'd say about 1 in 5 rooms seems to be holding one. Lol.

The toilet didn’t flush. The microwave sparked. I asked the front desk gal what they would do and she responded that she would have maintenance come fix the toilet. It still wasn’t fixed so she moved us into a different room. We were staying there for 4 nights and we didn’t get housekeeping to clean the room until the day before we left.

Our stuff was thrown out because there was a miscommunication between the staff on which guest was supposed to leave. They hardly will maintenance the room and they’re stingy with the cups and trash bags. There is so many homeless that you can hear them at night. I felt like I was at a motel 6. Should of gone to one, it would of been cheaper.

This is not at all what occurred, your reservation was not made accordingly to what you asked by the third party, we accommodated you (FOR THEM) by giving you a free night. We rectified the situation and refunded money to you as well because you stated you were on SSI and had limited funds. So, we went above and beyond to help in a situation that was not any fault of our own. Thanks for the review.
