I stayed here while attending a conference at the University of North Texas. It’s about a 10-minute drive from campus and perfectly situated near everything you might need. It’s right next to a Starbucks, just down the road from Buc-ee’s, and within walking distance to Chuy’s and BJ’s Restaurant. There’s even a Cinemark movie theater tucked just behind the hotel—so food, gas, and entertainment are all within a few blocks.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent blackout curtains that helped me sleep well. A nice touch: my room came with a small sound machine, which is great if you forget to bring your own.
Breakfast each morning was solid, and a big shoutout to Michael, who runs the morning meal like a pro—he truly makes it a highlight of the stay. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
If you're a light sleeper, I recommend asking for an even-numbered room. The odd-numbered rooms face the interstate, and it can get a bit noisy early in the morning when traffic picks up.
Overall, this was a great stay. I’d definitely return if I'm back in the area.
