lady at the front desk on friday was delightful, but everyone after her did not even try to have a conversation with me. cleanliness was fine, minus a few dead bugs on the floor.

Our room was clean and spacious. The shower leaked constantly however and the hot tub was yellow and gross. The pool was way to over crowded. We called down to the front desk for an extra pillow/blanket and 4 hours later I had to go down and get them myself. Breakfast was good. Delicious eggs and they had all the condiments needed. The channels provided on the tv were a lot but they DID NOT offer air play so we could connect our streaming shows. Probably will not stay here again.

The property is well kept, have an inside pool, good breakfast, walmart and restaurants within walking distance if needed. Friendly and welcoming staff.

The room was dirty when we came in their was chips on the ground, the sheets were wrinkled and did not looked like they were cleaned at all, it was just overall very gross for the price we payed.

I liked that there was food places right in front of the hotel that you could walk to but thats all I could say. The front staff was very rude. Unresponsive in the beginning I had to get my friend to call a bunch just so someone would come to the front. Then we finally checked, tried to go to the hot tub because thats really why we chose the hotel in the area and guess what...it wasn't working! Then we go to the pool (this is all indoor mind you) thinking ok well we mind as well swim. NOPE, it was cold, not heated like it had mentioned in the app. So honestly I will not be back.

We booked for the pool. It was freezing definitely not heated. The hot tub was broke. Breakfast was good. I didn’t like that they charge 100 deposit that is supposed to come back to your card within a week. You would be better off booking at Marriott or Hampton for only a 25 incidental fee that is refunded instantly with check out.

Great price and was very happy that it accommodated our large family. There are a lot of things to do and places to eat near the area and loved that there was a hot tub to use since it was so cold. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

My stay was excellent. The facility was well maintained. I could look at the sheets and know that they were clean as well as the spread. The complimentary instant eggs were good with a little salt. The coffee was wayyyyyy better than Starbucks in my opinion. It was quiet. I do not know where the negative reviewers were staying, but I did not have those kind of issues or anything remotely close. I would certainly stay here again.

The front desk staff was nice and the room was nice and had a coffee and the bar, mini fridge no microwave. The breakfast smelled yummy, though I didn’t get to eat. I also didn’t use the hot tub or pool. It’s walkable to a Popeyes, Panda Express, Arby’s, Burger King and chipotle. The Taco Bell, Starbucks and chick filet were across the highway (you walk under). I would only take of 1/2 star because my sink was clogged and I couldn’t push or pull the stick behind the faucet; also the grout on the bathroom tiles could’ve been scrubbed a little more often. All in all: clean, friendly, walkable and a nice property.

When I got there my room wasn’t ready. That was inconvenient. And the blankets smelled like urine, that was gross. I ended up taking them off and using my own blanket. The room was spacious for one person. The tv was nice. Good water pressure in the shower.

It's a nice place. I love staying just there policies about changing and rescheduling stays is a big crude. And I had to put down a deposit. Which I still have not gotten back as of 7:00 p.m. after I checked out yesterday 1/4/24.

The only good thing I can say about this room, and hotel was at the bed was comfortable. Our TV didn’t work when we got there. The pull out bed was dirty we could not get any extra pillows for our children. The AC did not blow very cold, and my price went up from what I was originally supposed to pay.

The Hotel charged me twice for my stay, I kept telling the receptionist and she told me it was a pre-opt fee to book the room that it would be given back to me the next day. Sad to say this lady did not inform her manager another day passed a different receptionist was on shift she was more helpful if not for her notifying her manager I might had been waiting longer. The spa was not working, only cold water was available, how disappointing!😑 Many things were outdated especially the washer/dryer. Long story short I didnt get my money back until Monday.

Overall, it’s a good place to stay. Beds and pillows are VERY comfortable and hotel is clean. Even though it’s right off I-35, it feels safe and even though it’s tight next to the railroad track, it’s very quiet. Breakfast was the standard fare. Nothing spectacular but juice and waffles were ok. Our tx did not work in the room but they sent someone up and they were able to get it fixed promptly so kudos to the staff for that. Why I don’t give it a higher rating: The showers suck! No water pressure at all. We had guests in two different rooms and it was consistently sucky. Also, you only get clean towels or cleaning service if you specifically ask for it early in the morning. Finally, they require you to give a $100 deposit per room when you check in so be prepared for that.

The hotel was dirty and dingy! My sons socks where black. The bathtub had stains and the toilet was stained.We ended up checking out and staying somewhere elts. They also wouldn't refund all of my stay. So never again!
