Enjoy staying in a very nice newly remodel house. The house is 3BR and 2BA. There is all new furniture and new TVs in the living room and each bedroom all equipped with Netflix, Disney Plus, and Amazon Prime Video.

You get the entire house to yourself. The house can sleep up to 8 people total. The house is also equipped with a brand new washer and dryer set so guest can do laundry onsite. You will check-in to a very clean well kept house just check our reviews as we are a proud Power Host!

Quick Trip to Denton

Daughter is at UNT and visited for Spring Break. Location is awesome. Close to town square which has very nice restaurants. Only issue is there is a lot of traffic on street, so can be loud at night. Would stay again!

Great stay in Denton!

We had an amazing stay at Richard's place! The home was clean, comfortable, and stylish. The location was perfect for getting around Denton to all of our favorite spots. The TVs in each of the rooms was an added bonus. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Denton!

Located in a great spot - everything we had access to within 5-10 miles. Quiet, clean & enjoyable. Host was available when needed. Will definitely book again for future trips!

2 night stay

We came to Denton for a church conference and this home was a perfect size and location for our crew. The home was very clean and had plenty of room for 5 people. The only thing I wish we had more of was parking. Other than that overall I give this stay and the host 5 stars!

Family visit in Denton

We traveled in to celebrate our sons 40th birthday. Home was easy to find and access. Very comfortable setting. Super clean. Could use a few more outside chairs for groups of more than two. Overall a place we would use again.

Weekend get away

Nice clean house set up with all the basics. Plenty of room for all six of us. Definitely close to the square. Has a large back yard unfortunately it rained so we weren’t outside as much as we like. Owner communication was good sent all info needed in a timely manner. Having garage to park in is a big plus!

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful. Nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood. The only issue was trying to contact the owner to get check-in information. I had tried private messaging him on the app a couple days before check with no response. I contacted VRBO and they gave me his private number. I texted him and received a polite and thorough response rather quickly. Overall, it was a great stay, just the one little hiccup concerning check-in info

Good location and fit for our needs

Clean and nicely decorated. I could never actually get in touch with Richard. I know most people have automated replies for this type of business but when your quest requests something or asks for special requests it's a good idea to make a more personalized response. Never actually hear from him other than the automated responses. The only real complaint was he show up to the property, completely unannounced, to remove some things out of the garage. This could have been coordinated with us prior to him just showing up. Myself was lot even at the house when he should up... Which made it super uncomfortable and kinda unnerving when I get a text from family who is there with our 4 kids (under the age of 10) asking what the name of the owner was... Other than that is a great and we had no complaints. Loved that there was plastic dishes for kids. Suggestions: having a towel out for the number of guests on the booking. We were two towels short and no extra towels to be found. Also, having some kind of outside toys or something would definitely set thosbplace apart from others. Great fenced in backyard but nothing out there but a couple seats. Has great potential!

The host did not answer/respond to any of my messages. The website says the house sleeps 8 but only has 3 beds so I do not know where the other 2 people are suppose to sleep?! The worse part was the house was full of thorny stickers in the carpets and rugs and even in the comforter of the king bed! We stepped on many in our socks! I do not know how a house gets that many stickers brought in.

Overall very happy, house was clean and as pictured but I never received any information on how to check in so I had to contact VRBO to get the host phone number, they did text me back and give me the information it was just a little stressful that it was all last minute at the time of check in time and I had to ask.

Misleading Description

The property includes 6 beds, a couch that doesn't pull out and a loveseat, so I don't believe it's an accurate statement to stay it sleeps 8. Unfortunately guests before us decided to smoke during their stay and the property had an overpowering smell of pot and cigarette smoke. While you technically have the entire house, the owner does come over to use the garage during your stay so you don't have full use of the driveway. The house did serve the purpose of our stay perfectly - I just wish it would have actually been a non-smoking property.

Double Booked

Our property was double booked when we arrived even after receiving checkin instructions from the host. We had to secure alternate lodging ourselves with VRBO stating we would be reimbursed our cost. Now all attempts to submit our claim VRBO are being returned as undeliverable. We will not use VRBO again.
