Enjoy the warm, inviting ambiance of antique details—original woodwork, nautical accents, and vintage touches—seamlessly blended with updated kitchen and bath features to provide all the comforts of modern living. Mini split ac units are located throughout the home, perfect for those warm summer days. The washer and dryer is conveniently located in the laundry room, right off the kitchen.

One of the standout features of the home is the light-filled sunroom, where oversized windows bathe the space in natural sunlight. Lounge on plush, cozy furniture, catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV, or curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee. Whether it's morning light or evening glow, this space invites you to unwind in total comfort.

Out back, a massive yard invites endless summer games, lounging, or sunset cocktails.
