The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex on the ground floor and within walking distance you can reach several restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a church and a small supermarket. Directly opposite is the antique RiuRau of Jesus Pobre where monthly antique markets take place. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as an open, spacious kitchen with all appliances.
