We were very happy with our stay at Spruce cabin. Everything was clean, orderly and very comfortable! We only wish we would have had more time to spend there!

property was isolated and quiet. Cabin was cozy and modern with rustic touches of decor. Nice getaway place. Could not get heater or heated towel bar and space heater to work. Used the extra blanket on the bed to stay comfortable sleeping.

Great getaway to the Alaska winter wonderland

Perfect Alaska cable n experience. Wish we had a card table and folding chairs - and a few more coffee cups but everything else just great.

The spruce cabin was so cute! My favorite place I’ve stayed so far on a 3500 mile trek. Soft towels, blankets, so comfy and cozy. Perfect place to rest and recharge. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Wonderfully decorated small cabin in nice setting just a few miles to town. It is Alaska, so don’t count on a lot of bandwidth on your WiFi.

The cabin was isolated and quiet in the woods which is what we were looking for. It was clean and updated with beautiful interior decor and amenities. The wifi allowed streaming on our computers, phones, tablets and the smart tv in the cabin. We needed to extend our stay 4 days and in spite of the high demand, Twila, the owner went out of her way to accommodate us. She did everything to make our state exceptional. We are looking forward to a future visit.

SECLUDED BUT CLOSE TO TOWN GEM

As an Alaskan I’ve stayed in some of the finest luxury lodges to run down remote motels. I’ve seen it all . As such I am always happy to find a gem in the middle of the woods next to a quaint town such as Talkeetna. I loved this cabin, it was spotless , it had modern touches ; updated rain shower , nice wood floors with wood rafters and in the woods . I was able to take my dogs to this cabin so it was a bonus. Hard to find nice cabins that are secluded but also close to a town at a fair price . This place had everything I like .
