Vacation bungalow 20 in wooded area (12 people)

  • The space

    Cosiness is central to holiday bungalow "Huisje 20". At the table you can have a nice bite and be eaten.

    The kitchens are small and compactly made up. Equipped with a refrigerator, 4-burner stove and a combi microwave. Of course there is also a complete 10 person service, kettle and coffee maker. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine.

    Cosiness is central. There are 2 large large Smart TV's and of course you can also enjoy nature. The entire bungalow is well insulated (thermopane windows) and equipped with a central heating.

    The holiday bungalow has four bedrooms. There are four bedrooms with two separate single box spring beds. The bedrooms have duvets, pillows and moltons. If desired, bed linen can be rented. Towels e. d. you must bring your own. Each part has its own bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

    Prices include: tourist tax and VAT.
    - We would like to point out that the management of the Recreatiepark does not agree with letting to groups of unaccompanied youngsters.

Schöne Lage

Das Haus liegt ruhig, jedoch zentral genug, um viele interessante Orte zu besichtigen. Die Sitz-Möglichkeiten draußen waren leider etwas dürftig, weshalb wir uns selbst Stühle mitgebracht haben.

Fijn familie weekend gehad, Danny was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huis voldeed aan onze behoefte alleen de slaapkamers zijn heel klein en er is geen opbergruimte.

Gedateerde woning, maar alles was er en het was schoon. Gezelschap 8 personen. Veel kwaliteitsverschillen in de matrassen, gelukkig had ik het goede matras. Schitterende omgeving, heerlijke fietstocht gemaakt

Bungalow is prima, park heeft geen faciliteiten voor kinderen. Wel genoeg plaatsen in de buurt met o.a. De Lemelerberg en de plaats Ommen.

Goed contact gehad met jullie en er werd goed meegedacht ivm verrassing

De kinderen kwamen als verrassing en mochten een uur eerder inchecken om te versieren. Ook mochten we een uur later uitchecken om rustig te kunnen ontbijten. Mooi schoon huisje en alles aanwezig wat nodig is. Topmerken en verrassing geslaagd

De bungalow was netjes. Het meubilair, woonkamer, te gedateerd. De tv’s, beiden, haperden wat geen prettig kijken was. Bad/wc; netjes maar erg klein. Daarnaast waren in de kleine slaapkamers te weinig ruimte om kleding op te bergen

Beschreibung passt nicht zum tatsächlichen Objekt, nicht zu empfehlen

Das Objekt hat in keinster Weise unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Bilder des Inserats suggerierten einen anderen Zustand als in Wirklichkeit: - Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler stehen im Wohnbereich - Die Fernseher hängen jeweils in der Küche und nicht im Wohnbereich - Schränke sind keine Möbel, sondern faltbare Stoffschränke - Für zehn Personen waren lediglich drei faltbare Kleiderschränke vorhanden (wir mussten mit 8 Personen aus dem Koffer leben) - Die Bäder waren so klein, dass maximal eine schmale Person in den Raum passte, es gab keinerlei Stauraum, wir mussten unsere Dinge auf dem Boden lagern - In der Beschreibung standen Wäschetrockner, Ofen, Grill und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Grill und Ofen waren lediglich eine Funktion der Mikrowelle im Wohnbereich auf dem Geschirrspüler, der Grill auf den Bildern war nicht vorhanden. Ein Gefrierfach war nicht vorhanden, es wurde nach Kontaktaufnahme ein Ersatzgerät gebracht. Der Wäschetrockner ist ein faltbarer Wäscheständer, kein Elektrogerät - Das Objekt ist überhaupt nicht kinderfreundlich, es gibt Stolperfallen und sogar eine Außentür ohne Treppe mit ca. 50cm Falltiefe! Es gibt keinerlei Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder oder einen Spielplatz in der Nähe. - Die Terrassen erreicht man nur über die Haustür, es gibt keine Terrassentür. Weiter gibt es keinerlei Gartenmöbel, keine Sonnenschirme, lediglich eine Holzbank und zwei nicht variable Sonnensegel. Die Bank reicht lediglich für sechs Personen, es gibt keine Außenbeleuchtung an der Terrasse - Das Objekt liegt nicht ruhig, sondern direkt an der Landstraße. Man ist sehr beeinträchtigt von den Nachbarn, die teilweise die ganze Nacht hindurch sehr laut sind, da offensichtlich auch von Gruppen gemietet wird - Die extra gemietete Bettwäsche war dreckig und wurde allerdings am selben Tag anstandslos getauscht - Die Ausstattung reicht nicht für zehn Personen, am Anfang gab es nicht einmal einen Kochlöffel. Das vorhandene Besteck war teilweise dreckig - Das Objekt ist keineswegs isoliert, bei hohen Temperaturen heizt sich der Innenraum sehr stark auf und lässt sich schwer durchlüften (Wir hatten 42 Grad im Innenraum) trotz offener Fenster Aufgrund der Umstände haben wir unseren Urlaub auf eigene Kosten vorzeitig beendet und sind sehr enttäuscht über dieses Objekt. Aufgrund der Internetdarstellung ergab sich ein anderes Bild. Ansonsten hätten wir diese Immobilie niemals mit Kindern gemietet.

Met 10 man in het huisje gezeten. Prettig contact met eigenaar wat betreft ontbrekingen en verminderde hygiëne. Snelle service en mochten langer blijven (paar uur). Voor het geld was het prima. Monique bedankt!
