"Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8. A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre. Le lit dans la chambre prévue n’était pas fait mais cela a été rapidement fait. Par contre le ménage n’était absolument pas fait et la salle de bains était plus que douteuse ( j’aurais du faire des photos des toilettes) c’était vraiment pas propre. We had a room with a balcony and the views were spectacular. They also had a complimentary afternoon tea and cakes which was great. The hotel looks and feels luxurious and had amazing amenities. "The front desk staff were so amazing. Super friendly and accommodating. I am a lifetime platinum at marriott so i normally only stay at marriott. Chamonix didnt have a marriott so stayed here. Staff more professional than any other marriots in france and even better upgrades than any other marriotts. It was a one day sty, wish i stayed longer. Shout out to Daniela, and all staff for being super friendly. "
