Decent hotel. Could use some cosmetic updates. The elevators smell funny and need to be updated. They allowed for a late checkout which was greatly appreciated! Easy access off I-5.

Great room, everything was clean and well organized. The room was very spacious as well. The staff were wonderful and efficient. The complimentary breakfast was very good!

Birch Bay Beach Cabana - a tiny oasis close to everything at the Bay. Pets OK
The room and bed was clean. But the owners dog pooped in the shower one night and peed on the bathroom rug the next. It would also be nice if it mentioned the bathroom and shower was inside of the main house, not in the cabin.
