Pet-Friendly:

Dogs are welcome with prior approval and an additional pet fee.

All pets must be disclosed and approved before arrival. Undisclosed pets are subject to an additional fee.

The nearest beach is approximately 6 minutes away, while Atlantic Avenue and Downtown Delray Beach are less than 10 minutes from the home.

Downtown Boynton Beach is approximately 4 minutes away and offers additional restaurants, shops, and entertainment options.

For everyday convenience, grocery stores and shopping are located directly across the street, making it easy to pick up anything you need during your stay.

Guest Access:

The entire property is completely private and exclusively yours during your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire home, backyard, pool, tiki lounge, outdoor areas, BBQ grill, and all other amenities.

The Neighborhood:

The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. You'll enjoy a peaceful setting while still being only minutes from beaches, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Important Things to Know:

This home does not accommodate parties, gatherings, or events of any kind. If you are looking for a property to host a party or event, this home will not be a suitable fit.

The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with families and elderly residents. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM every day.

Winter Pool Heating:

From November through March, cooler temperatures and occasional cold fronts can affect pool temperatures.

The pool heater is designed to raise the water temperature up to approximately 25°F above the current outdoor temperature, with a maximum temperature of 82°F. During unusually cold weather, the pool may not reach the maximum temperature.

We always do our best to provide comfortable swimming conditions when weather permits, but pool temperature is ultimately affected by outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.

We want you to enjoy your privacy while knowing we're available whenever you need us.

You'll have the property completely to yourself, but our team is available throughout your stay should you have questions, need assistance, or need anything to make your visit more comfortable.
