「If you are thinking about booking this property over a motel in Clinton or in the area, just do it! Frank was great to work with and super nice guy! After the events we went to all day it was nice to come back and relax on the comfortable couch watching tv and then go to bed. 「Clean. Spacious and exactly what is listed in the description online. The area is perfectly located within walking distance of everything in t and very family friendly. My overall experience with the just Dan was extremely positive and friendly. I had a mix up with my booking dates and he wasn’t able to accommodate my other date and he went out of his way to help find something else in town. 「We really liked our small little cabin. Hot tub was a definite bonus. The only thing I didn't love was the crowdedness of the sleeping area. Which I knew it would not be very big because of the small cabin itself, but it just seemed complicated to navigate. Of course we're not very young either.」
