"Based on previous reviews we were looking forward to our stay in Melfi and were not disappointed. The apartment is bright and modern and perfectly located within very short walking distance of cafes and restaurants as well as Melfi castle. Our host Giorgio was very friendly and gave us many recommendations for our stay and kept in touch to ensure everything was to our liking. Highly recommended property and a wonderful host. Thank you! "Appartamento molto curato e arredato con gusto; spazioso terrazzino esterno, con tutte le comodità ( anche lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie). Molto apprezzata anche la presenza del box privato, anche se non è comodo per tutti i tipi di auto ( noi abbiamo una dacia Duster e ci siamo stati al pelo). Sarebbe opportuno un controllo alla serratura del box in quanto non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla a causa della difficoltà della chiave a girare ( nemmeno l'incaricata della proprietà ci è...

"Hotel is quiet and clean. Close to a bus stop , banks , and restaurants. Staff is very helpful. Eggs can be requested at breakfast. The view from my room and balcony was amazing . I'll be back ! "

"While the evening staff was very welcoming and the room large, everything else in this hotel was extremely disappointing. The shower was tiny and the water flow was hardly a drizzle. The room was basic and the furniture - old. Breakfast was basic compared to standard Italian hotels, and most tables in the restaurant were filthy with leftovers and crumbs from previous guests. I definitely do not recommend this place. "

"Positives: service was fast and friendly. Nicola was very helpful of where to visit in LUCERA and help with luggage. Breakfast pastries were fresh and coffee great. Negatives: the location is a10 minute car ride to town and nothing is around (except unfinished building). Landscaping needs to be cleaned up to give the look from the photos. Any noise in the building is noticeable in the room, even chairs moving and low voices. I picked because of the positives reviews, which I think are out of date."
